HE'S GOT THE GRILLS
Jo Chewba has the best grill setup (and its all fully portable). Grill collection includes Japanese Konro grills (high heat ceramic grills for expert cooking of meats and seafood) and a big-ass Argentinian parilla grill, the type with the winch that goes up and down.
HE'S GOT THE SKILLS
Jo has been doing bbq catering for a bit over 10 years now, he's the ex pit boss from Vic's Meat smokehouse, he first learned to cook bbq while living in Japan and got into cooking professionally in Australia on the back of his passion for al-fresco grilling. He's worked as grill man at MsG’s, fry man at the Fish Shop, made ramen stock for IPPUDO , and helped to establish and run the Japanese-inspired UME BURGER.

Super friendly and always up for a chat. Jo Chewba is the host with the most, and always happy to share some BBQ knowledge with the people. He comes ready to roll with blowtorches, meat probes, big knives and all that other paraphernalia that makes bbq awesome.
